What is the Southern Blog Federation?
Everyone blogs for a reason. Usually every blogger writes in hopes that people (preferably a lot of them) will actually read their weblog. The Southern Blog Federation is a community of southern bloggers who wish to have their voices heard. If you're interested, here are our guidelines:

Maryland is no longer a Southern state?
Maryland is not recognized by the SBF as a southern state...sorry.
So you don't include Maryland, but you do include West Virginia as a Southern state. West Virginia was a part of the South and elected to leave, so why does SBF consider it Southern? And ... if it is a Southern state, why don't you have West Virginia on your map logo?
Glad I found you. Hope to be a part of SBF soon. Gotta stop those wackos out there.
FYI y'all:
Florida is the only Confederate State that didn't lose its Capitol to the North. Just our little victory in that war. Not a biggie, but our claim.
ER...I don't think Austin ever fell to the North.
Viva la Tejas! ;) Austin ain't never wuz Yankee territory. :)
24 hours and counting...
Wow Butch, who knew you could count that high??
LMAO...

Looking forward to being a member of SBF. An old American History teacher and buff on the "War for Southern Independence".
