What is the Southern Blog Federation?

Everyone blogs for a reason. Usually every blogger writes in hopes that people (preferably a lot of them) will actually read their weblog. The Southern Blog Federation is a community of southern bloggers who wish to have their voices heard. If you're interested, here are our guidelines:

Mission
Our mission is to help those bloggers residing in the southern United States by generating traffic and readership to the various blogs within the SBF.

How Can I Join?
In order to join the Southern Blog Federation you must meet the following:

1.Members must currently reside in, or be a resident of, one of the following states in the U.S.:

2. Members must own or write for a blog. In cases where blogs have multiple authors, one of those authors must meet the criteria of rule 1.

3. Members will be required to display the Southern Blog Federation blogroll as well as a link back to this blog on their own weblog.

If your blog fits within the listed criteria you may request to join the community. Once your blog has been reviewed (less than 24 hours) you'll be added to the blogroll and sent the code to place on your site.
